Please cancel your order no later than 3 days before the day of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. If this is not done then the order will have been processed and no refund can be given.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your flowers, please provide us with a photograph of the flowers within 24 hours from the time of delivery to be considered eligible for a full or part refund.

Our flowers are subject to availability at the flower markets and the images used are representative. If the flower shown in the image isn’t available we will replace it with one of similar type and colour and of equal or greater value.
In order for maximum longevity, once the flowers have been received and as soon as possible, it is important to cut their stems approximately 1 cm from their ends at a 90 degree angle with a sharp and appropriate pair of scissors/secateurs or knife and to place them in a clean vase, one third full with fresh water.
We also recommend changing the water every 2-3 days and at the same time to re-cut their ends. Following these steps can extend vase life considerably.
We cannot be held responsible for length of flower vase life due to the perishable nature of the products and many external factors that can affect a flowers life.

We do not accept responsibility for receptionists/post room staff at business addresses to deliver the bunches to the intended recipient.
If you chose not to have them received by a receptionist/post room please give instruction when ordering.
Please check the delivery address you are sending to and whether the recipient is able to accept flowers. For example hospitals don’t always allow flower deliveries. We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details which then lead to incorrect deliveries. We will not deliver flowers to delivery addresses that are incomplete. If the recipient is not in at a residential address, we will deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place. In the event of acts of god/war/terrorism/major road network issues we reserve the right not to deliver. We will endeavour to re-deliver as soon as possible.
If a subscription falls on a bank holiday we will not deliver. Delivery will be arranged for the next most convenient day.
On certain days we will be closed for annual leave. If a subscription falls during this period we will not deliver. Delivery will be arranged for the next most convenient day.
